Elastic Boosts Elasticsearch with Google Axion CPUs - Elastic has announced up to 40% higher indexing throughput for Elasticsearch on Google's custom Arm-based Axion processors, available on C4A VMs, compared to older VM generations. Utilizing a macro benchmarking framework, Elastic showcased improved indexing performance, enhancing its search, observability, and security solutions.
This collaboration leverages Google's Titanium SSDs to optimize infrastructure, powering Elastic Cloud Serverless, which is now in technical preview on Google Cloud. Elastic's AI-driven platform supports real-time data queries for over half of the Fortune 500.
