Founded in 2022, Gladia offers an API supporting speech recognition in over 100 languages, overcoming the bias of English-centric models. With a latency under 300 milliseconds, it extracts insights such as sentiment and conversation summaries in real time. The funding, led by XAnge SAS and others, will advance R&D and expand Gladias audio AI offerings, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
