This enhances efficiency in tasks such as inventory management and contextual communication in apps like Slack by allowing seamless background operation and integration into workflows.
The platform provides development tools for business users and developers, supporting both low-code and pro-code environments to build and test AI agents. Users can customize agents using the Agent Builder tool, test them, and monitor performance via the Agentforce Interaction Explorer. Industry-specific customization is supported through the AgentExchange marketplace.
