The funds, from investors including Nexus VP and AMD Ventures, will expand data center capacity and support next-gen AMD MI325X accelerators launching soon. CEO Darrick Horton highlighted the aim for superior price-performance compared to Nvidia. Funding will also support the launch of Manifest, a specialized AI deployment platform offering advanced inference capabilities and lower response times, expected in Q4 2024.
