October 8, 2024: TensorWave Raises $43M for AMD-Powered AI Cloud - TensorWave Inc., an AI cloud platform using AMD chips, secured $43 million to challenge Nvidias dominance. The funds, from investors including Nexus VP and AMD Ventures, will expand data center capacity and support next-gen AMD MI325X accelerators launching soon. CEO Darrick Horton highlighted the aim for superior price-performance compared to Nvidia.
